I'm starting to upload content there, but I don't know how reliable it is over time.
In addition, it is such a simple interface that I have not been able to find a FAQ, such as to know what maximum capacity exists per user,
if the files are deleted every 30 days as it happens in other hosts.I want to know absolutely everything possible about this server!I have seen that many people upload their content there, and share it with the forum.
Personally I'm running out of local space, so it's being a cloud host for me right now, but I'm not sure if it's a good option.
I read themads.

PS:

Actually when you go to the FAQ strangely that section is always down.

Any luck at filtering out what type of ads you get? I'm still getting pop up ads trying to want me to install malware that poses as antivirus software. I'm on an Android so they're targeting specifically for that. I do have pop-up blockers but they don't seem to be working on this site unless I turn off all scripts.

Can you please send me a private with a screenshot of the ad? So we can send it to our manager to filter such ad. Apologies for the inconvenience my friend, its very hard to filter all the ads because each market (country and cities) has different advertisers targeting to whatever user they are after (in this case I'm guessing a anti-malware app for android such as Norton, McAfee, etc.).

Chunk size is to bypass CloudFlare 100MB upload size limit. The larger the file, the more 95MB chunks (in this case) it will have. The greater the number lesser the amount of chunks and uploads, making it "faster".

Chunk size is of help when you are really far a way from our servers, lets say in Oceania, South America, Africa, etc. this helps as usually it will time out the uploads and will not let users upload the file. Thus, smaller chunks will help because it sends less but more frequently, instead of a bigger chunk that will take longer to get to us.

File identifiers are needed so that in case of a dupicate each user will get a file. Because if not, two users with the same file, lets say that one of them deletes the file, the other wont see it either as it has been deleted by user 1. This makes the users and our lives easier to avoid this kind of conflict.

Thanks - that's something I suspected, the default of 25 works fine enough for me.. it's only slightly slower than other filehosts much closer (mega.nz for example)
I tried 95mb and yes it was timing out, a lot.

What would be the optimal chunk size for someone 16,000km away from your servers?

It's great for uploading files consistently at good speeds, but downloading is atrociously bad. It takes me 2 hours to download a 50MB file so if I see a bunkr link I usually just scroll past. PixelDrain is better for downloading imo, the uploads aren't too good. You get 10GB free per day of downloads, and if you somehow need more than 10GB a day, their subscription is only 3$ a month for 1TB per month of transfers.

Free or premium subscription, you get uncapped download speeds either way. Hoping to see more PixelDrain uploads, it's got the same longevity as bunkr, haven't ever seen a dead PixelDrain link. Only unfortunate thing for uploaders is the fact you can only upload 2 files at a time, unless there's a setting I haven't changed.

There's currently a slow as fuck server which is #4, we are getting that replaced soon.

With the traffic alot of posts get on here, I doubt the expiration is a huge problem. Sure PixelDrain isn't as secure as bunkr, but coming across a dead PixelDrain link is a rarity, whereas gofile links can die out in less than a day, and the download speeds are both fairly the same. With how slow bunkr is downloading atm I'm definitely going to be uploading with PixelDrain from now on so others don't have to deal with the 100kb/s download speeds

Maby i am just exceedingly stupid (which i admit is a possibility lol), but i struggle to upload to bunkr. When the download gets to about 70% it stops and theirs a little red circle with a line through it. But i have to admit i like it when people post videos to bunkr for here. It lets us preview the video before we download, and the download is not throttled or locked behind a pay wall. However.... and this a big however... on the actual site itself WHY THE GODAMN FUCK is their not a search function. If they are willing to let us scroll through all the albums, they might aswell lets us bloody search to save some time.

Reduce your chunk size down to 15 (or smaller) to stop time outs. The solution is in post #65

For free reliable hosting it's worth the minor inconvenience of having to scroll to find any files you want to delete or move.
Another bonus is: If your content gets linked leeched by a tard on , all the other tards on squeal like pigs about being unable to navigate ads. :-p *cough* like the poster above

Does anyone know if you can view how many times a file on Bunkr has been viewed or downloaded? In general, I love Bunkr, but that's the one feature I've always liked about some of the other hosts (GoFile,Jpg Church etc.). I'd love to know how much my material has been seen/shared etc.

This will get implemented, its not on by default by the script (lolisafe).

We have already have the proxy and stats working, we just gotta finish the new setup. This new setup will make bunkr blazing fast, with out tests we were able to reduce from 3s load to 500-700ms if cached, and 1.5s if it isn't cached.
