This may be an unpopular opinion, but I much prefer the OnlyFans era content. I just hate short-format videos that are less than a minute long, strange angles, shaky-cam selfie videos, and the obvious bait-and-switch or scammy nature of those creators.

The mainstream producers like Brazzers and Naughty America have fallen apart and I do not find their content interesting at all. With OnlyFans, I love longer-format videos (not stream caps) that they will produce and I like how it is not over-produced like Playboy.

It's capitalism. The pandemic showed that there could be other viable options. And not just for a select few.

Performers can make equally the amount of money in the comfort of their homes without the overhead and unnecessary extra-ness of bigger studios.

On the downside, the market becomes oversaturated and competition, which would usually draw prices down, instead has opted for bait and switch tactics...maximizing profits at the expense of quality.

100% and OnlyFans will eventually capitulate to the integrity demands of consumers or a competitor, like Fansly, will take over. Right now, OF is held hostage by their own creators. They make so much money off of the scammers and whales, that they will continue to allow it to happen. Once the mainstream audience gets fatigued from scams, they'll seek content sources with integrity. You would imagine that OF is doing the calculus to understand how tolerant consumers are to getting scammed and clapping egregious violators for harming their brand. OF would want to avoid losing customer lifetime value if customers leave because of scams. OF will probably implement a scam-score, if they do not already, like a social credit score, that will let creators know how scammy they can be without consequences.

Sites like ManyVids are expensive with high(er) production value, but at least you feel confident that you're getting what you're paying or and not scammed. I'd just want a site that's in the middle b/c getting all content from a MV creator can be expensive.

I fucking hate models that use OF as a premium sales pitch, with a paid profile to link to other sales. It's a business model, yes, but it only works because some people keep on allowing it to prosper.

I get what you're saying. OnlyFans has definitely caused a huge decline in mainstream studios or made them more lazy. Some of the biggest studios now are like OnlyFans exclusive and got big, and you have male performers or female performers who started off on OnlyFans and became more mainstream, it's just completely changed the industry now and has changed the vibe, and like you said, the short-format videos from a mobile camera and the angles are mediocore... and it's like PPV only for like $50+ it's ridiculous.

I actually do prefer the vast majority of OnlyFans models and cam models over mainstream pornstars, and thankfully since running into this site I've discovered more goddesses. There's a bigger variety of more diverse models on OnlyFans instead of a Naughty America, Brazzers, or Vixen site.

I feel like you can look at it both ways, because 10 years ago for example, the variety of pornstars on various mainstream sites were much bigger. Most of my favorite models today there's a higher chance they are on OnlyFans.

No, they didn't. The worst thing about JAV's is the amount of the USELESS SHOTS they have.

For example, they film 1-2min of a character just walking in the street from one side to another where they could just reduce to a 5-10seg. Even in the 70s, where normal movies have a slower pace than nowadays movies, the pacing is not slow as an JAV. Most of 2h to 2h30min movies could be reduced to 1h30min movie.

Yeah, I saw the interview too, and no, despite her protestations, they aren't real. This is a good "type" of peeve. Like a think that completely rips you from an generally decent scene.
