I'm thinking about making a megathread for a specific specialised interest / fetish that doesn't seem to have been covered

Some questions:
  • Is there any particular user level/access requirement to start one?
  • Is this something high maintenance that you, as the OP, have to continually contribute to, or even moderate? I would like to help post some stuff, but I can also get pretty busy. If it is generally self-sustaining then great!
  • I was thinking of adding some specific conditions kind of like the strictly big tits on stick megathread. But between the main subject I'd like to see more of and share, and the other thing that isn't exactly the same, is way more common, but also isn't apparently covered by any megathread either.... should I keep it more specific or widen the range?
  • How much is posting too much in one thread in a short time? Given my time, I do tend to be active in bursts.. would a few posts in one go be ok?
  • Any other tips for starting a megathread or being organized?
