Secondly- it's really hard to tell whether it's her or not, tbh. It looks similar enough to be Tessa, yet something is off. Do they have another sister? One thing's for sure, whoever this is she looks really similar to Kelly. The size of boobs looks right.
There's also a question of whether this video is recent? As in not recently posted, but taken recently.
Just for the sake of argument- if it is her, she looks okay. Which raises the question why she went radio silence of all of a sudden?

The one on the right is the third Fowler sister Amber. She posted this to her social media mid December. The girl on the left has an ample chest that in my opinion is bigger than Kelly. Although Kelly did give birth a little bit before this.
