The backlash was basically in the comments a bunch of man-child's were angry with her for posting the BJ so she deleted the post and she reposted it again with this caption:

Tessa posted the video as a joke, the guy is probably that Josh Adam Meyers guy who later leaked her sex video on the podcast. Supposedly he has thousands of these videos.
When Tessa uploaded the video, the drama started immediately: her White Knight fans didn't want to see their Tessa like that, lots of screaming and crying in the comments. She then deleted it and uploaded it again later.
After the video and her failed Wheel of Fortune story, her Onlyfans became increasingly shitty.

No, it wasnt leaked. He "leaked" it in the podcast show.
And he said that he had quite a few of these videos. I think Tessa is pretty easy when it comes to such videos, which gives hope for a leak. This Adams guy won't be the only one who has such videos of her.
