I've bulk purchased from them a few times during their events, when all the sets are half off if you spend more than $20. I've never personally had a problem.

I while back I bought a set, never got anything for a day. I sent an email to their support and they said I'd get an email with the link within a week (why? it's digital). Still nothing, emailed again stating the issue and finally got it. After that I never bought from them again.

Those sites are definitely shady and have been for some time now. I've had my credit card info stolen multiple times and was able to pinpoint it to TM the last time it happened. Sometimes it happened a few months after purchase. Sometimes a couple weeks.
I asked on MF if they had plans to update their payment system due to the issue and got a response saying that the payment system is secure, but they had a security issue with one of their servers which was apparently corrected a couple years ago. Then was told to use a prepaid card if I still don't trust them.
Regarding not getting links through email - I used to have that issue too. Always ended up getting them eventually but it has taken over a week sometimes. What's odd is, after buying from them multiple times, I was eventually just provided download links directly on their website. No email needed. So maybe it's a matter of trust, but that's proof that the email system isn't necessary.
It's a shame. I'd definitely buy more because the content is good, but I got sick of filing credit disputes.

This is good information. I've had to wait a few hours on a download before, but never more than that. They're pretty active in trying to fight piracy, and liberally ban anyone they suspect shares content they've purchased. I know all their sets and videos are watermarked for this reason. Especially if you're trying to buy newer sets, or highly coveted ones that haven't been shared, they definitely take their time vetting you before sending out links. They're more suspicious if you use gift cards or prepaid cards as well, and so send their links out slower for those purchases, or so I've been told.
I'm glad someone has shared some solid information on card theft, though. None of us should probably be using our personal cards for porn anyways, but convenience can be a motherfucker, especially if it's an impulse buy.
I had the same prob more than one time, y payed, and some days later, mi card was canceld cus of charges made with out my concent, i have now an electronic card, that changes the authorization number every time and you can shut it off any time, so after any purchase, i just turn it off just in case
