Exactly. Every OF creator who has a lot of subscribers uses an agency or people who handle messages for them. It can also be easily recognized by the writing style.
That's why it's not even worth writing any messages to the bigger OF creators. Because some random person will answer you

And even if they were the ones messaging you it'd take ages to respond. OF is a cash farm to milk followers of money through interaction more than transactional picture purchases it seems. The funny thing is that many OF/Fansly offer subscription for money and that sub is more or less just a battle pass that lets you buy other things rather than unlock things through the subscription alone. Worse is some people are willing to pay this.
Like they'll keep spamming in your inbox with mass-sendouts worded like "Hey! Why don't you answer me? Did I do something wrong? :P" it's so obvious really. None of these would ever, EVER, message you first. They try to lure people in with fake AI "personal voice message" or the agent you're writing with has direct contact with the OF girl and she's just ready to machine gun messages for them to send to people. It's never as personal as they try to make it seem. Same with custom video clips or pics with a unique pose to "prove" it's them. It's all to trick people into start sexting for more money. The only time you can "trust" it is as the other person said if it's a very small OF girl following-wise or if they have actual live-streamed stuff offered. Even then you should never probably never believe that they're actually sincere.
