Not sure why it's an issue on FF, everything else works fine for me. I don't plan to use chrome or any other browser in the meantime on my mobile. Thanks for those who tried to help.
The issue seems to be that your browser doesn't pass the referer header to the download request (thus the "direct access forbidden" error page you see).

I’m trying to download these two Saint.to videos using this link they aren’t working on a iPhone. Anyone with an iPhone know how to download Saint.to files that actual give you the video?
Just in case it can help someone, I was facing same issue as OP in Chrome (I'm on Ubuntu if that matters). I tried downloading from Firefox and that seems to work. In the past I had tried Firefox but directly copying the download link, and that is not supported, so I ended giving up. Turns out, you have to copy the original saint.to link and follow the download link from there.
