Hard to tell. Her Fansly is free and each post can be liked by anyone, paid for or not. I reckon she still makes a decent amount but I can't imagine it's anywhere near when she showed the goods.
She has an absurd number of followers in any social media and fansly compared to other cosplayers in the same class, especially for the nsfw ones.

Not really sure what specifically you're referring to but Alisa's always had a slight Asian touch which most likely comes from her Dad's side who looks like he comes from one of the minority groups with stronger Asian features whereas her Mom looks ethnic Russian white.
