Hello everyone, sorry for my poor english in advance

I had a question about the quality of posts.
I understand we`re supposed to post stuff we personally paid for. I can see that there`s some leeway for that seeing all the other posts. I wanted a clarification on how far that goes?
I personally don`t mind users rehosting coomer because of they`re slow servers, but is that normally allowed?
What about users who post links to porn sites? like PH for example

Edit for Clarification:
for my second point, I noticed there are some users who are basically only spamming those links. I personally don`t like it. It reduces the average quality of posts here. If I wanted to watch a PH video I would just visit PH. But I would like to know the communitys stance on this
