If you're talking about her current Patreon then you're probably just gonna have to sub. I imagine Pattie's Youtube isn't what most people are drawn to so I kinda doubt you'll find any leaks of that. If you mean the cosplay sets she dropped on Patreon in the past, you either just have to find leaked ones or hope she puts them on her gumroad, because a lot of that stuff just isn't accessible anymore to my knowledge. I don't think there's much of her stuff that has leaked that isn't on the main thread.

A Long Long Time ago, back before onlyfans and when Patreon was young, Pattie cosplayed FGO Scherazade at a comiket. That was before they changed the rules on how much skin you could show and how close a photographer can be.
Lots of Photographers took many pics of her and There where pictures of her erect nipples.

She sadly doesn't do customs. I've tired many times but she has refused each time. Apparently she states in some of her recent OF posts that people who tip a certain amount can get one but I'm really not sure. I'm kinda surprised she used to turn them down so much.
