Has anyone tested this or are we just presuming it is the case?
The whole DRM thing sucks but at least if they can still post DRM free content, or we can request it going forward, that is some reprieve.
Add swordgirlfrend to the list, she's a smaller page but I post a lot her stuff. I used the Voldrix Onlyfans Downloader script and I was only able to get photos, good ole screen recording failed too.

I can sort of see how DRM could be justified for wall posted content you get up front with a sub, but PPV and especially custom content should not be DRM. People are paying specifically for that content in particular and should be able to do with it what they want. I highly encourage everyone to not buy any PPV or custom content from models that will be making those videos DRM only --- you paid money for that content, you should be allowed to do what you want with it
hopefully more creators follow her footsteps, but that is going to depend on the OF sub community at large. if a significant number of subs gravitate away DRM models and move to DRM free models, they'll change their tune.
if these creators were smart, they'd poll their current subs to ask "are you less likely to resub if I keep DRM on?" at least then they could make an informed decision for their businesses, but right now i think some of them are taking a huge risk
I think it should be handy enough to use. Most of the screen recorder programs are fairly intuitive.
However, that is the pro version which means you have to pay for it, which kind of defeats the whole purpose of our endeavour to get things for free here, lol.
Also, I would have reservations about whether a screen record of a video would truly be akin to source quality.
With all that said, I took a punt and purchased Tubedigger.
I can confirm that it does capture DRM videos in REC Mode in full with sound.
However, you do of course have to watch the video in full while it captures and also, I'm only getting 1 MB/s download speed, so perhaps that's a security feature on OF?
I have posted the metadata from the video I downloaded below if anyone would like to check it and see if it looks like source quality.

I'll just fall back and observe how things pan out over the next week or so. But either way, I wont fret or fuss about these new developments. BTW, it seems Fansly has enabled that feature as well, across the board. It is what it is. I have no problem saving my money and unsubscribing from both OF and Fansly. Can I ask how you got it to work? I might just be very dumb, but it wasn't working for me. I had rec mode on, monitor browsers on, Firefox open on the side, but kept getting an error that said "please select in settings and use embedded chromium browser". I tried changing the setting that says browser, and tried all of the options, but got the error every time.
I would just log in through the browser in TD but Google blocks me :(

Ngl it could be a blessing in disguise for a while. If OF models believe that it's impossible for their content to leak, we might start getting better content from some and the ones that never do topless could start doing that, who knows, let's hope it all works out to the best.
I'm not paying what some of these girls are charging to *rent* a video...
Just came across this thread and damn. That sucks but until someone comes up with a way around this and no doubt that will be soon I am going to let my current subs run out and that's it for me. I have 0 intention of purchasing a video PPV especially a custom if I can't download. Fuck that! On the bright side I can save up even more money now
