This review period the person gets unbanned but in like a "danger" zone? I mean, the grinding stream was pretty heavy and it was multiple times. So basically right now she is getting the ban she deserved from that instead of the few days she got. And the other streamers with the chair stuff should be banned too. At least the guidelines changed yesterday to make it be clearly not allowed anymore.

me too. She had one q and a with 172k views from 4 years ago, she deleted all except that one and one other, so I was thinking that the video was safe, but this week she completely deleted ALL of her old vids.

And yeah, you are totally right, she is loosing her brand to random people to take advantage off. Nobody that wants to find her, will type lilly bloom or some random shit, she is not gonna be found by a lot of people.
She changed all her accounts to Lilly "something" (lillybloomers and takeitallofflilly). I think it's because using her real name isn't the best idea for when she decides to quit.
That's a good point, because her content is "cheap", so she needs a lot of subscribers to make money. In some streams, she even asked how many new subscribers she had for her mod. Now that she appears less and changed the name of all her accounts, she will earn less
