No she doesnt. She only covered a couple of times. As you can see on videos, its a pretty normal size lips. And it closes perfectly when she closes her legs.
What happens is that as you can see in the videos, she has almost no fat in her body. The outside lips of the vagina always reflect how much fat you have, that why really fat girls you almost can't see the inner lips and in girls like her, super fit, the outside lips get so small that highlights more the inner ones.
This is not at all how female genitals work or are formed. She almost never shows her vagina in a video and if you actually do some sleuthing you'll see her giant clit slips sometimes.
