Pickup artistry wasn't as sinister as it seemed either if you judge it by the standards of "manipulation for personal gain is okay in some cases", which we judge this behaviour from Mikomi Hokina on, apparently. (Though personally I find it very repulsive) It stands to reason what you define as sinister regardless. It's hard to argue that both are NOT equally as manipulative, to exploit the other sex for personal gain.
Because they are.
Matter of fact, it's the exploitation of human psychology for personal gain.
At the end of the day, who is one to decide what's more important for a particular individual in terms of values, so thats a completely different discussion on its own to be had.
You say it's not acceptable and men dont question themselves, because they THINK that it means something.
Thats the DEFINITION of manipulation in this case. Women MAKE men give them money by preying on their psychology and exploiting their instincts to their advantage. If you could flip a switch and disable those vulnerbilities, women would not get a single cent from men without first deserving it.
Also, have you ever heard anyone publicly speak against such behaviour of women? Ever seen any concern from governments or any sort of intervention like there is on behalf of women? There is no social norm to cut down or prevent women from psychologically manipulating or preying on men, to exploit them out of their money. It is womens biggest crime against men. There are women who are sucessfully selling guides on how to exploit and defraud men out of their money by the hundred thousands.
Thus my comparisson to the disgusting scene of pickup artistry. I think it is a perfect analogy and destroys at least equally as many lifes, if not more. There were many public outrages against that, thankfully. But the other side of the gender coin isn't even mentioned in public discourse.
As far as Mikomi Hokina is concerned, she doesn't strike me as a normal person. Vibes of ASPD, considering everything that people point out about her and her behaviour.
