If she adds identifiable watermarks to her PPV's, she can't possibly be making a lot of money from them. That would mean she has to re-encode the video for every sale. Even if she sells only 30, that's 30 full re-encodes, and then manually sending the PPV to each person who bought it. That would take a ridiculous amount of time, to both re-encode and upload.
I'm not subscribed to any of her pages so I can't really comment on the specifics. I've just seen several people (who claim to be subscribers of hers) say that she uses watermarks to identify those who leak her content. I remember seeing a screenshot that showed Maple threatening anyone who leaks her content with legal action.

Yeah, it's crazy man. I've never seen anyone else on OF implement such a convoluted pricing scheme and distribution strategy.
Does it help to prevent leaks? Sure.
Does it radically throttle the amount of money she could be making? Absolutely.

And how many minutes to export from Resolve? And how many minutes to upload to OF to the correct user? Then multiply the total time by the number of people who bought and it's easy to see that it just doesn't scale.
I'm not saying she needs 40h/week - none of us know how many people are buying. I'm saying that she needs whatever time it takes to create and send 1 watermarked video to a user, multiplied by the number of users who bought. My point is that it doesn't scale. The more people who buy, the more time it takes.
She looked better before all the plastic on her face. But yeah, it's unfortunate for us. I subbed to her onlyfans a few times but it was pretty much an advertisement for her "VIP". Literally nothing on her feed.

I thought she watermarked custom videos she made for specific members, using that member's username. So if the stuff gets leaked, she'd know whom it came from.
But how can you possibly do that with a live stream?
I just assumed she watermarked it all since her stuff never gets shared anymore (not even the bare minimum shit).
As far as how, the threat is usually enough to scare people into not sharing it. She puts a nice big watermark over the content and then scans these forums to see if it gets shared and then makes vague threats about lawsuits.
Clearly it's working because, again, her stuff doesn't get shared anymore.
