Very possible she's a night owl and for some reason couldn't sleep / jetlagged still , i just took a quick look at her stream and her room's lighting looks consistent with early morning with blinds on.She started going live on Twitch today at 10:30 (european time) in Brazil it was 5:00 in the morning. It seems too early to stream.

She may be using Twitter periodically (uses a VPN, posts a photo, and then leaves).
However, as I said before, this fine is just to scare the masses from using it and most likely punish politicians and people with money from the far right (the population that supports the right also, but they certainly won't suffer such a big punishment).
There's no fucking way that Júlio, a father of 4 and an electrician, can pay a 50k fine because he decided to insult Flamengo on Twitter
