We've debated this on the the internet quite a bit and I think that it's fine to criticize, but it often devolves into pure hate almost, and that doesn't really help anything. Now, I often think people in general are too easily offended(and often people who have nothing to do with the person being criticized, think simps, people who disagree politically and what not), but it's quite clear when it's too far.
