Learned that the hard way. Now I ask if its not explicitly clear, and if they don't explain what it actually is I just call them on their bullshit and move on.
You know you can get your money back if they use deceptive language right? It's against terms of service for the site. I've done it 3 times. Customer service will usually argue a little but as long as you use there own ToS, and it's obviously deceptive language it works
