Everyone has to agree with you but some of the things you said aren´t quite like that. Last month she streamed 12 hours a day for two weeks and after that she was sick like 5 days. I think most of the people who are still subscribed are the same people who are subscribed on the other platform, that is more for the support than anything else.
Finally you have to take into account that she is at a stage where she is in a relationship and living with another person and has to quality time with that person and not be with him just to help her make content
The issue is she constantly talks about doing things and then doesn't do them. When her bf moved in she said she was going to make ppvs in a couple of days and hasn't, during her subathon she would focus on her OnlyFans after it's over and is instead posting once every 3 days. She also had subgoals for cosplays she hasn't done a month later which would also include stuff for her "other project". Feels like she is just baiting people into staying subbed because fomo which is pretty scummy.

The content is so repetitive and low effort it's not even worth the 30 seconds it takes to repost it here, and that's such a waste of an audience that is more than willing to throw money at her for shit she could film and post in 10 minutes max. PPVs don't need to be long, they don't need to have much going on, her solo content has been the best so far, she could use a toy or talk dirty or so many other things and we'll pay, but she ignores what we want and everything has been the same old boring content.
If what you are saying is true and in addition to promising things that dont get delivered also not responding to comments from subscribers, that´s a shitty thing to do and should be communicated the "why".

I think its really communication, at least for me. I want to throw more money at her for more PPVs, doesn't have to be long, nor anything fancy. Just more video content of her overall. I believe her community want the same.

The whole baiting people into staying is something I'm buying into more and more. She continues to talk about doing OF stuff only to do nothing, to the point of talking about doing stuff for OF on stream. Mentioned doing stuff for her OF anniversary and ended up doing nothing. Unless she gets any sort of pushback nothing will change. It's very obvious the drive isn't there for OF any longer, nor is there anything particularly motivating her. Honestly though, IRL for her is going incredibly well, so I can see that as a valid excuse thing. Doesn't make it right to keep leading her OF subs on. This is the first time she's directly mentioned doing PPVs in a post on OF. We will see, I'm at the point where I pretty much see everything as a lie.

The comments on the posts most are mostly just the same 5-8 people saying they can't wait for the next ppv for the last 6 months and doubt they will ever say anything bad she could post once a month and they would still sub and think her content is amazing.

The real demonstration that what can be done today shouldn´t be left to do tomorrow. The cosplay was a job for two people and also the fact that she already removed the wrap from the car, personally i don´t believe it will be done.
It's a shame because Kylie's one of my favorite streamers but I nowadays assume she's not going to do anything until it actually happens. Basically now every day she makes some sort of goal that she fails to fulfill or a promise that she breaks by the end of the week, for both her stream and her onlyfans.

It is a shame because Kylie has or had an opportunity to really do something different with her OF.
