Don't know flex, but afreeca don't allow nudity whatsoever, and panda is more "Flexible" with it.

First question not that I know.
Second question: No not on Chzzk, Afreeca TV or Flex TV. Panda and Popcorn TV are less restrictive but I think sexual things still not allowed. Panda and Popcorn not open for sign up of foreigner but you can buy account on Ebay or so. Also if you buy an account don't chat on Panda or Popcorn. Fast way to get banned in a channel. This can also happen on Chzzk, Afreeca or Flex if a streamer doesn't tolerate foreigner.
Third question: Yes just sign up and maybe have to verify. I did my account long time ago so not sure of the verify part nowadays.
The notice says SOOP begins June 5th and Afreecatv closes June 12th. I downloaded the soop app and it looks like Twitch and Kick etc. So, I'm wondering if the Afreecatv bjs will automatically appear on SOOP.
