If she has the implant in her arm, it's her birth control and one of the side effects is reduction of periods. That doesn't mean they completely stop however. Also, if she's got the rod(what the arm birth control is called) she wouldn't have an IUD. Most of the time IUDs aren't recommended until after at least 1 child because of the possibility of scar tissue from the IUD itself.
I haven't seen the video but during what would typically be heavy flow days spotting can still occur with multiple different types of birth control. It's not perfect about stopping what is commonly called spotting. Normal people going about their day just use a tampon on these days and it's a non-issue.
So I haven't seen this video, likely won't watch the video, but another thing besides periods/birth control stuff is something known as a friable cervix. It's the fancy way to say a cervix that bleeds or has inflammation easier than normal. A fingernail scratch or dildo inserted too deeply too quickly(the cervix moves during arousal to allow the vaginal canal to get longer) can absolutely cause a friable cervix to have spotting or a little bit of blood now and again. It's no big deal and can be caused by everything from STIs to birth control to IUDs to thyroid issues.
