Unlikely. The tweets weren't up long, she wasn't tagged in any of them, and she's become extremely disengaged from Twitter and MFC anyway. These days her entire focus is going to Vegas and spamming high-price/low-effort PPV content on fansly & onlyfans. What K3 said about her wasn't even that bad either, all things considered.
As far as I saw it was just "leave me on read, she's dead to me" which I'm not sure was entirely serious anyway. I'm fairly certain Carmen has said the same things towards K3 in the past too, since they used to make a lot of fighty/flirty comments toward each other often when Carmen was still streaming regularly.
She also said Carmen fucked Leo (one of the owners of mfc) so unless Carmen goes around talking about that openly. I’m pretty sure that’d piss her off regardless of the truth behind it
I didn't see that Tweet, but that's very old lore from many many years ago, long before they became friends. It was kind of an open secret that she was fucking him at conventions for several years back when she was a baby camgirl, she even had a big fued with Scout over it. I'm not sure if she still has been in recent years, but she was still going out on his little yacht parties out in Miami, so I wouldn't be surprised.

I can't speak for Kati, but Carmen 100% did in the past. She still goes to every Exxxotica and Social, take pics from fancy hotel rooms, and yet never hang out with any other models or goes to the actual party events too, so I wouldn't be surprised if she still is sleeping with him there.
