I'm pretty sure Lucy's OF is being managed by someone else. I subscribed to her about a year ago when she had a huge discount and got some pretty decent topless pics. Her PPVs were usually very cheap, like $5-$10, but she recycles her content, so if you buy them, you risk paying for something you already had.
Lucy's content is more revealing than Joey's overall, but I've read plenty of complaints. Like, Lucy (or rather, the guy who manages her OF) will say she'll give you several videos for a tip, but never sends them. Or she'll block people who call her out or try to negotiate prices on customs.

She has another account, which is the OF of her website "nothingbutcurves", which is $10 and also has topless pics of Lucy on the feed. Not sure how much the PPVs are, though.

The period between the early noughties to mid teens where that was true was the exception rather than the rule.

I think she is working with an agency of some sort and it ruined her content. when she first started OF she didn't have any ppv and she showed the goods regularly. she would post a lot of selfies with tits out none of the "pro shoot" shit she tries to sell.

I think nope321 is right in that Joey is probably working with some agency. Whenever a model gets too popular on OF, or doesn't want to work on it herself anymore, she usually hires some guy to manage her account. What happens is, the content decreases in quality, PPVs become more expensive, and sometimes you don't even get the PPV you asked for, because the manager doesn't know it or care.
Not that I'm excusing Joey in the least for what's happened to her OF. Unfortunately, very few models have the decency to be honest with their subscribers.

It's why there are more and more complaints about models that used to answer DMs personally and sell good stuff for reasonable prices, only to suddenly send repetitive DMs and overcharge for comparatively less explicit content.

I think that the only way Joey will go back to MCG is only if her subs will stop paying for her sub-par content, because as long as they fork out the cash, she won't stop producing that kind of crap and lazy content, and she won't feel any pressure to seek cash from other venues (like MCG).
