Hello everyone,
Due to unexpected circumstances - we've suffered a disk failure, which resulted in a 3 months of data being lost forever.
We're truly sorry for all of the lost account progress and thread posts, but we've tried everything to recover as much as possible.
We've took measures that will prevent this from happening ever again and we have temporarily stopped the pop ads, while everyone affected gets their things somewhat sorted out.

I didn't see anyone mention, but I'm pretty convinced that the woman in #23-2 is JAV model Yuna Ishikawa. Jay Bank credited her as "Fuyoko", though.
On the left is Fuyoko in the #23-2 trailer. On the right is Yuna in FC2PPV 3202758. You can see a mole on her left arm in both pictures.
And she wears the same necklace and earrings in both scenes. Maybe they were shot around the same time.
I've been holding out for the chance that someone else would buy these videos and leak them. So far, only #23-7 was leaked. It also doesn't help that Jay is taking too long to publish new videos, so customers only have 4 videos from the #23 Japan series to choose from. I'm still waiting for new videos to come out.
Yuna has a very nice body, but #23-2 is not going to be a priority for me, since the video is very expensive, and considering that she already has many other videos on the internet.
So I came across the preview from scene #23-12 that and found another familiar face.

This girl is an FC2 model too, she goes by many names: Yuri-chan, Mayu, Aya, Marco etc. Every studio gave her a different name.

I suspect some of the other girls like #23-8 and #23-11 might be FC2 actresses too, but I don't recognize them, and I also haven't seen the trailer/preview for every scene and every girl.
There's a good chance that the models are all JAV models. I'm pretty sure that Jay worked with a talent agency in Japan for this. I don't think he'd be able to recruit civvies by himself, and even if he did, I think there are laws regarding employment, producing uncensored pornography, etc.
He can still call them amateurs because the cataloging of JAV models is rudimentary at best, and all in Japanese, so his audience wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
EDIT: 23-7 (and 23-1) looks like she could be the same girl as FC2PPV 3321863 except the girl in the JAV is pregnant.

The FC2 sellers recruit new girls all the time. They're mostly freelancers: no employment, they sign a waiver form stating that they agree with shooting and get paid a fixed amount per scene. Some girls will make just 3 or 4 scenes and then disappear. Some could be considered civies, depending on your criteria.
Uncensored porn is greyish area in Japan. In theory, selling uncensored porn is forbidden. However, many studios circumvent the rules by distributing porn exclusively online, on sites that are hosted outside of Japan, and through companies that are incorporated abroad. So these studios act like foreign business distributing porn outside of Japan jurisdiction. However, from time to time you hear some story about independent producers getting busted by police...

Btw, I just realized that 23-3 is also a familiar face. I'm pretty sure I've seen her before, probably on FC2 like the others, but I have to remember her code(s).

It's not Winter Jade. It's a one-and-done amateur from Pittsburgh.
Now Jay has changed the name and now she's being credited as "Akari."
Anyway, he sent out a black friday code which worked on these videos and brought them down to the price of the other ones, so I did buy this one. I'm uploading it right now. (ETA is about an hour and a half from the time of this post)
Any chance you can figure out whether the performer in 23-11 has done anything else and/or has any porn name credits anywhere? (Jay has her credited as "Aiko")
I've never seen the #23-11 girl before, so at this moment I'm still unable to ID her. It was a different scenario with #23-2 and #23-12, where I saw the girls and I instantly recognized them from previous works in FC2.
Remember the girl from #23-3? I said she was a familiar face to me. And I was right.
She has two other codes: FC2PPV 3192968 and 3269117.

Have you had access to previews or trailers from other videos (such as #23-4, #23-5, #23-6, #23-9, #23-13, #23-14... etc)? There's a possibility we may find some other known faces in these videos. I've only seen the previews from MV but I know there's more to come.
One thing to notice is that for girls like Osaka (#23-1 and #23-7), Jay announces that he has shot their first video ever and puts a "Certified Amateur" badge in the thumbnail. But for girls like Akari/Yuna (#23-2), he didn't make any statement whatsoever regarding them being new or experienced performers. That might give us an indication of which girls are expected to have more videos available online.

Alright, all the 23-series previews and covers that I got from OnlyFans and scraped from Fansly have been posted in the main thread.

I think ochechosanpi is right. #23-11 is probably Emily.
Emily and Aiko (#23-11) have similar faces and the moles seem to match.
