Support Is my IP banned?

Having to use a VPN to get here to ask.

I log onto the site 30+ times a day, so wondering if my IP is banned for them thinking it's spam.

I will go to simpcity.su and it never loads. Occurred about an hour ago, was fine till then. Works on Data but not WIFI.

I am in NA

Have you tried changing your DNS settings to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8

It seems to be fixed now. My mesh network uses both 8.8.8.8 with secondary as 1.1.1.1, will monitor and see if it happen again

So, update.

Once you try to click Login, the DDOS guard comes up, but it doesn't go away (waited 20 seconds), so if you refresh it blocks you from the site.

I have same problem, write "page could not be loaded" without vpn, with vpn all work fine but never before use vpn to get on site

p.s. couple hours ago all was good

was having issue on my vpn, all IPs available on it were resulting in the 'Page could not be loaded' page, but turning it off fixes it

Yeah, something is up. It will fix in an hour or two, but it's annoying. The DDOS thing getting stuck is weird, never happened before yesterday.

I tried on my PC without VPN, get the page cannot be loaded, check Internet connection/ad blocker, etc. Still gotta use VPN to access the site on phone. Sigh

Same here. The problem started 1-2 hours ago. Now I can't access the website without using a VPN connected to an NA server. I'm also getting the 'Page cannot be loaded' problem.

I thought I did this to myself by connecting to a Ukraine server for fun and accessing the site, and then everything fell apart.

Same here, been having the issue since last night. Happens on both my phone and pc on wifi. Just tried using mobile network and had the ddos guard that popped up but never resolved (even after waiting for more than 60 seconds). VPN fixed the issue.

I tried changing my dns servers, only fixed it temporarily, only real fix I’ve found is a vpn also, time to find a good free vpn
