Twitch bans are not permanent unless they are told it's permanent. Amouranth has been banned 10 times. They usually unban if it's not deliberately breaking TOS, like attacking someone on screen or purposefully throwing up on screen. Since she puked off screen she's just getting a temp ban for being uncontrollably intoxicated. Twitch doesn't like it when people pass out due to intoxication live on stream.
