In the skype audition she asks if the blowjob scene in the script is real or fake, and he tells her it's real. What's not in the released footage is he tells her some lies to put her at ease, implying it will never be released in explicit form (more on that later).
So now that she has been cast as Akira, they buy her a plane ticket and tell her to come to NYC to do screen testing. She's also there with "Miko" who was duped into it similarly, being an aspiring fashion model, and not at all on board with doing real pornography.

She went and talked to a lawyer and apparently the fact that this contract existed as it was and had been signed, she would have to pay them.
The contract gave them the right to distribute the video as they wanted, and to even use her real name and likeness however they pleased.
This basically ruined her life. If you google her real name the blowjob stuff fills the first page of search results. Imagine trying to get a job where your porn tape comes up as the #1 result on a Google search for your name.

Basically he told these girls that he was making a real mainstream movie and that he was auditioning for roles. I don’t know how he convinced them it would include a real blowjob without it being porn but I read someone say he used the usual nonsense of it maybe being artistic and foreign films are more open and the producers need to see this. I don't think anyone knows. I assume it was some legal stuff as almost all HCO stuff and the website itself seemingly vanished from the internet overnight.
