"Exactly" and your sarcastic claims are made with zero evidence parapa. Perhaps the producers did do these things you claim (if they even happened) because they tired of white knights like you? Or maybe they got married? Or maybe they died? You obviously don't know. How could any of us? You'd be laughed out of court with all your conjecture.

mthomp's stance is backed by video and written evidence. Of course the contract had to authorize release to a porn site. How can I determine this? Akira herself clearly knew her video was for an adult release/site because she emailed them the following email. It was posted at the site and she wrote "thanking" the producers for a "wonderful and enjoyable first time experience" and that the producers were "kind" and she "liked it so much that she didn't mind and was excited to have her face cummed on twice" She said she "changed her mind" and wasn't going to do other scenes and specifically said it wasn't anything the producers did, but a "personal decision." I'm paraphrasing (it's been almost 10 years since I saw that. Anyone have that!?). On what planet is she not wholly involved and part of this con? Grow up. Man up. You don't have to be a simp to be a member at Simp City.

I wonder if Akira appreciates all the attention that you draw onto her adult foray that is nearly 10 years ago! Time for her comeback, maybe!?

You do realize that verbal contracts are a thing, right? Just because something is written into a contract, it doesn't mean the producers can verbally lie to them about the reason for the shoot or the nature of its distribution. Just ask the *Blacklisted site* producers.

Meanwhile, Akira wrote an email to Tht PORN company stating how much fun she had, so much that she "enjoyed the expeiricne" and the producers were "kind and respectful" and she "learned a lot " and it was "fun and exciting" and she "didn't mind have her face cummed twice". Is that something she wrote to Disney? Nope. She then stated that she "changed her mind" and it was a "personal decision" not to do more scenes! You've made me realize that she agreed to MORE PORN! You're really not very good at white knighting for the girl. She probably wishes you'd stop brining her up 10 years later. lol It's also just creepy how dedicated some of you are doubling down on claims with zero evidence, when ALL EVIDENCE points to the contrary. Take the L. It's weird.

I don’t believe you, post the full email! And I’m sure the full Akira interview would support your viewpoint, post that too!

The Akira interview has been discussed ad nauseum. It's publicly available and she speaks for herself. I saw her email 10 years ago at the Hotchics site with the release of her scenes. She wrote it to the PORN COMPANY and it said what I wrote above (I paraphrased Akira). I'd like to see it again too and hope someone saved it and can post it.

Sure, lots of verbal contracts exist where you need to protect yourself against federal criminal charges.

Having sued distributors and been sued by distributors and performers, I can assure you that the claim of a verbal contract, when there are written contracts available, signed with copies of IDs, some witnessed, and entered into evidence, will be laughed out of court.

I understand that younger people might not have the experience needed to demand that all agreements be in writing prior to commencement of work, but walking into court, law enforcement, the DA, or even your uncle Vinnie's law office saying you only have your word as evidence (especially if you want to counter a written agreement) will get you nothing but the number for the cab company.
