Can someone help me? Why does everywhere spell her name wrong? Wikipedia, Instagram, everywhere including herself spell it Haliey instead of Hailey. I feel like I'm going insane. It feels like only this thread is where the name spelled correctly as Hailey.

It actually is "Haliey" if it's on her official account. Simple typo error, "Hailey" does seem like the more normal option though lol.

But why is it misspelled? I remember reading somewhere it's a trick to increase search traffic to her, but I can't find that anymore. If that's the case, then it's a horrendously shallow thing to do. Changing your name for the sole reason of becoming more popular.

I think she did a recent Q&A where she said that she and her friend Chelsea were both reached out to by Playboy and they turned it down. She has also refuted the idea of starting an Onlyfans. Neither of these are permanent decisions since people can change their minds (and if Hailey does either Playboy or Onlyfans, it'll be interesting to see when content creators call her out for being a hypocrite), but obviously she has zero intention of doing any sort of NSFW content/porn for the foreseeable future. She's still known for Hawk Tuah and she's riding that wave right now. It'd be a while before any NSFW content would become a reality and it wouldn't be on fanfix.

Give it a year or a few more - she likes the attention - and she's not as wholesome as she'd probably like you to believe. In the same Q&A I referenced, she mentions quitting her job at the spring factory to "travel" - wouldn't surprise me if that was because she was starting to get Hawk Tuah money and not because she had some spiritual epiphany that she had to go out and enjoy life at 23.

Case in point, Danielle Bregoli/Bhad Babie and Iggy Azalea didn't start Onlyfans when they were at the top of their respective games - it was only after they realized their careers (laughable in Danielle's case) were in the shitter and they had no other prospects or talent to offer the world.

She worked at a factory. I know she was from some super small town in Tennessee.

In a way, she already did reveal a bit about her sex life (or her technique at the very least) in the clip that made her famous.

When people need money and quick, Onlyfans exists. Unless she's planning on sticking to her morals for the rest of her life, I'm sure Onlyfans is a plausible next step when her popularity drops off considerably, even if it takes a few years.
