It's not at all about what her employer thinks. It's about how much money she's making on fansly vs. her day job, how comfortable she is doing stuff on camera, and most of all, whether the dude is ok with it. And if he's not, if she's willing to break it up to continue doing it. Personally, if my girl started doing swimsuit/lingerie thirst traps on instagram, that'd be enough for me to at least have a serious conversation about what our future would be. But we don't know what's happening at home with her. She's really young, probably didn't have a lot of experience, and she might be starting to wonder "what else is out there".
