The difference is sex work isn't her full-time job. She works as a dentist hygienist and went to school for it. She isn't just doing sex work or social media like other girls where doing nudity wouldn't affect them. So she has to be careful since it could get her fired. But people don't like losing nice paying jobs with health insurance and jobs they went to school for. her current job could last decades. Sex work doesn't.
