This is the called "watame vid" the booba doesnt match, watame leaked confirmed pics shows her on the flat size, but that voice of the girl in the video is almost identically so make some people to belive its her.

It's probably the same guy, i guess his way of making money is to get sound-alikes in the amateur industry, get a couple of shots with poor production and hiding their faces to make it look "realistic" then wander around japanese forums saying "I've got X vtuber irl AV, pay me for the effort of getting it if you want to see it."
