Not really, they're on the same level and there are plenty of chicks selling lewd pictures on fanbox, the main diferences are that Fanbox focuses more on graphic artist (some of them pretty famous selling hentai of their famous characters) than real photos and is way more friendly for non-japanese users.
For Laplus i don't think so, her account was based on voice acting stuff and she left her account on hiatus a just few months after her debut in hololive.

Yep. Mikeneko is her indie vtuber character - I believe even before she was Rushia in Hololive. She just recently signed to an agency to get more voice acting work.

Probably the best way to think of it - Nazuna (VShojo) streams on Twitch, Mikeneko (indie) streams on Youtube.

Wish she would collab with Henya/Pikamee TBH.
