Support Following and Viewing Other Users Posts

Hi,
Dont know if this question has been answered and dont really know how to search through forums but is it possible to view other users posts. I can see a follow button on users but when clicking their profile I get the message, "Page has been removed or you do not have permission to view this page / perform this action."

Hover over their profile pic / username, then click on the number under Posts:

Hi, do you know how to show "follow" and "start conversation" buttons on users. I can't see these buttons on any users. I even tried creating two accounts with no privacy settings but it's the same, just showing the ignore button

This is an example of how it looks when i hovering over your profile, there are no follow and start conversations buttons, this also applies to all profiles

I believe Lurkers can't start conversations (to prevent spammers/bots).
The Simp rank (20 reaction score) should give you that permission:
