Question, I know we can't repost videos etc that's already been established however if someone posts a link to a download but it requires a premium account but someone was able to find the same video elsewhere can that be uploaded being that not everyone has the ability to download as a premium member from filejoker, the reason i'm asking is because I wanted to watch the video myself but I can't watch it because it's can only be downloaded as a premium member so i feel like it might be a grey area but just want to double check if this particular situation is the same as a repost?

Well I came across this post https://simpcity.su/threads/missmilarose.56888/#post-399118 and its a filejoker link pointing towards a video but you can't watch it unless someone has premium - found the same video but not a file joker i know filejoker links are allowed in the correct thread so I was wondering if I posted the same video but not a filejoker link is it considered a repost or not due to the fact it's not the same link?
