Disclaimer
I have no idea if Fansly leave traces in the source files, I would assume not due to the extra resources this would take them to implement.
However, any custom content made just for you will be very easy to trace back to you so I suggest not sharing those.

Since we don't have a OnlyFans Cookie Helper equivalent for Fansly (that I know of),
I made a janky bookmarklet really quick since I was tired of opening the console.
JS isn't my strong suit so there may or may not be a ton of useless lines.

It works fine for pictures however it downloads videos at 720p twice, not full res.

Internet Download Manager (IDM) can download videos with no problem, proof it's not protected at the moment so you shouldn't use a screen recorder

It's still possible to download, however there is now a chance of your account getting banned. So if anything do it with an account you don't care about.

I've tried a few times this week already (small scrapes, up to 200 media) both free and with an paid sub and haven't yet gotten a notification about my account.

Do with this info what you want, always be careful.

Good point, I forgot about coomer, I assume they were using a version of one of the scripts so I'd avoid for now.

Also, seems like their importer is down at the moment, no imports since the 13th

You're going to need a browser that allows extensions I guess, never tried anything like this but I remember someone said that Kiwi Browser allowed Chrome desktop extensions
It seems like you can even install extensions in zip / .crx so this one will work

I saw the option but hadn't tried it as I assumed it would be detected as a screen grabber and not work. But it works well, but is as you say quite clunky. I suppose it's way less clunky than cobbling it together yourself like I did lol
At any rate, there are a few solutions at least, though none as handy as the downloader on github.

Mobile - Kiwi Browser + Chrome Extension or Tampermonkey Script

With the Kiwi Browser you can install normal Chrome extensions theoretically allowing you to run either the tampermonkey / violentmonkey script or the download button extension

Yes, using Kiwi will allow you to install and get the download button on mobile, but so far it doesn't seem to work with videos. Does anyone know a workaround for that?
