literally took 30 sec to check if they're from the same stream and no, those are 2 different streams 2 full days apart. not that it matters because it's obvious they're dating and only crazy people actually notice the bed being the same.
naw i just checked myself and can confirm that the bed and bedsheets didn't move an inch from her stream 3 days ago and her stream yesterday.
