It's not her running the page, but yes, it's a scam.
She is on not all the time but probably 4-5 hours out of day....early morning and 8-12 at night.

However, while I understand your frustration regarding the lack of sharing from others, I think you need to consider the broader context of this community. There are thousands of girls with threads on here, and each member contributes what they can based on their interests and collections. By holding Emi's content 'hostage', you're essentially contradicting the entire spirit of this forum, which is built on the principle of sharing to enrich the community as a whole.
Not to mention that plenty of people have already contributed content to this thread, including...

The only difference though, is that we all shared our content without expecting anything in return.
