Common sense would tell you she didn't have it set up.
When you have such a huge following your numbers get leaked. People with massive followings usually change numbers more than anyone else. All it takes is for someone to forget your number is attached to an account and shit gets complicated. How can someone 'just forget'? Easy.. because most people only have to log in one time on a device and never again.
Seems like you're the exact audience the hacker is going for then 🤦
