I do not. It looks like those three files don't exist on the server. Next release will have a check for files like this, and saving html code (that's what's in those 7kb files) will be a thing of the past once and for all.
I'm assuming this is bunkr, and they've been having a lot of issues. You can change download_attempts in the settings file to some absurdly high number so you don't have to retry as much.
