If you are doing an entire profile, you can give it the link to the profile.
If you are doing an individual post, you can give it the link directly to the post.
If you want to do a specific page of a profile (page 5 of 7), you need to give it the links to the individual posts on that page. There is no other way
it'll make the forum folder, but won't make any sub folders. That's what that setting does.

I'm having an issue in using a proxy.
I have a local persistent socks proxy on port 8090 opened up through an SSH tunnel connected to another machine behind a VPN. I use it when I need to access website blocks, one of which is RedGifs, which there's a lot of content of on here. The proxy works in every application I use it for, both GUI and CLI. But cyberdrop-dl refuses to; the download TUI will flash up, attempt to begin scraping, only to close out with errors. Looking at the log, it seems it attempts to login to SimpCity and fail, citing "Server disconnected". It will then attempt to scrape the next thread, attempting to login and facing the same "Server disconnected" error.

--proxy flag, setting the proxy in the config file, as well as ignoring cyberdrop proxy settings and running the program through tsocks, all with the same result. CDL only supports HTTP/HTTPS proxies at the moment, not sock proxies.

2) The modified date of the files I download with CDL is based on the date they were uploaded to the server, not when I downloaded them. This may not be important for many people, but it is important for me in terms of editing files. Do you have any solution for this?

disable_file_timestamps in the settings.
And the timeout is what it said, it timed out connecting to bunkr. Try again, or try using a vpn.
Thank you for responding. I already use a VPN and I found that the issue was related to the VPN provider I was using, because when I downloaded with another VPN provider, my problem was solved.
Use a service like that allows you to paste and share large strings of text
I keep getting failed login whenever I download a post in the forum. I've already double checked my account details for SC. Not sure if this was already mentioned in previous posts. I badly need a fix so I won't have to manually download pics and videos. Ty in advance.
make sure the account details are in the right spot. Or use the cookie extractor in the UI.
Probably because you are using a python lower than 3.11 and need to update it to receive newer versions of CDL.
