The scarring should gradually become less noticeable at least, she will eventually look reasonably decent. Problem is that she's just less interesting without the weight. She had gained a lil weight right before her reduction (I suspect that was the real trigger) and it was hot as fuck.
I wasn't really upset when she did a reduction, after all it's her body and they are still big but holy shit that's some low quality surgery, her breasts look fake now.

She looked beautiful right before her reduction... now she looks like a freak. It never looks good. I've seen at least 200 reductions and 99% have terrible outcomes. The question is whether or not she quit that one birth control. It genuinely was the cause of her gaining weight and her tits ballooning even bigger, I've seen that happen in a couple other women. It's some sort of newer-ish birth control that's somehow different than other birth control, and weight gain is a common side effect. If she's still on it, we may see the tummy come back and her tits might get a little bigger. But since she went through the trouble of going through the surgery, I wouldn't be surprised if she changed it up.
