I mean, people harrased her with death threats, in spanish the word sentence is used as a bigger word for threat, like "we'll be waiting outside your house this day, this hour, we know you live here, blah blah", it was not a random death threat, people really hated her.

Maybe it's just me but I don't like the content she does with yourfavoritemommy because she's too old. Maybe she was hot 30 years ago, but I don't find her attractive at all. I think the general consensus is that she crossed a line with that content but her entire pressence and catalog should not be blacklisted. In regards to the legal side of things, there have been several case laws regarding the creation and viewing of artistic/computer generated explicit imagery of ch!ldren. But there hasn't really been any cases revolving around pornographic AP that I could find, so it's kind of a slippery slope. Either way I hope she gets unbanned and learns from this.
 
I think adults should be allowed to film any type of fetish they want as long as it doesn't involve children, animals, or hurting anyone. Actually CWTV did a purge on ageplay content few months ago, you rarely see them now, which in my opinion is a good thing. Like others have said these vids would fall under US obscenity laws. Which is a massive grey area between "normal" porn and the truly illegal stuff. It's fairly complicated stuff, but very few people have ever been charged under obscenity laws and I don't think prosecutors have ever been successful in their cases.

If they went after anyone it would be Fiona and yourfavmommy, but even then it would pretty unlikely. The government has more than enough real sickos to go after, and almost certainly isn't going to waste their time on stuff like this.
