When I try to log in all I get is a message above that says:
Wrong Username/Email password combination


When I try and create a new account I get this:

During the latest maintenance, there was partial data loss of user sessions.

Accounts, created after 2024-02-20 won't be able to login due to their auth keys being deleted. We'll enable password recovery in the upcoming days, so you can reset your password. Other accounts were unaffected.

I can confirm that creating an account does not work, giving "this email is already used" and "this username is already used" errors

Unable to upload pictures since yesterday, well jpg4 tells me their uploaded but the post remains empty. The mad thing is, I now have LOADS of the same images attached to my profile on jpg4 (due to repeated attempted postings).
I hope this isn't adding to the problems if my experience is mirrored by other users...

Even for accounts created before 024-02-20, our passwords were set back to the ones before that date.
For example, I changed my password on Feb 25, 2024, 9:59:44 PM, and couldn't log in with my current password, but then could with my former one.

If you remember your former password, use that one.

(I would recommend Bitwarden as a password Manager).

I tried to log into the account I had before they lost some accounts and it made the screen white. Now whenever I press the button it goes to their website but all I see is a white screen.

jpg4 always has some problems for me. I posted yesterday and for some reason one image failed to be uploaded two times but then I redid it and it worked. That has happened before where an image will have the red caution and won’t upload, so all I do is just reupload everything until it wants to work. Also yesterday I tried to upload sixteen pictures at once but for some reason it would successfully upload but not show up on Simpcity, so I made seven photos one post and nine another post and that worked. Even when jpg4 is successful working there is quirks in the system.

jpg4 needs a new server, its struggling. Unfortunately I dont know the eta though, sorry
