Support Can't post in the premium site request area but don't understand why?

I'm trying to put in 2 request for bangbros but can't post anything I get the "you have insufficient privileges to post" message at the bottom where the box to post should be. I don't quiet understand how I'd qualify to post in that area, just that i need to be in a usergroup or have a casual title, but I don't know how to get in either way.
