We've had a few people contact us about the issue but they have always stopped responding before we can find out whats causing it.

the only thing i do is click f12 find the video link and open it on firefox and it works

Strange, there is no IP / geolocation blocking on Saint.
Could you try a VPN to another country in Europe, see if that fixes things. There's some free ones listed here:

found it... it was avast web protection.. it auto turn on.. dident like seint.to..add a exeptation to avast and im up and runing
Sent AVAST a false positive email. They just got back to me that they lifted the ban and removed the site from the blacklist.
Having this issue currently, using Brave Browser with ublock origin on a macbook air, tried clearing cookies and nothing happened
