They makes a fair bit of money from Patreon and OF, I don't see them splurging on random expensive crap, and pretty sure the house isn't that big, for non suburban areas.

Yeah that’s fair. Even the cosplay videos were at least dope but if it’s just gonna be 50 pics of all basically the same stuff…idk, I never understand why folks go for that. It’s genuinely crazy to me Nigri is still so popular
Pardon my perfectionism while being a beggar but, is the Reading Nook set the original resolution? I think it may be an issue with the download addon (in case you used one), what has worked for me has been the "enable right click" extension and that does the trick, it opens the photo in the original quality
They linked a dropbox with the set in their Patreon post which is where I got the pics. They disabled the Dropbox download but you can still just right click and save them which is how I get all of the sets I've gotten thus far, if it's low quality that's just how they shot. Unless someone here posts a higher res version from another source, that's the only one we got to my knowledge.
I don't really care as long as I can stare at that ass (bonus points if plugged)

The first house that had a gym inside, view of some large forested landscape. It's in the gym training set from a long time ago.
There was a IG story of the bedroom, it looked very big with a whole lot of clothes thrown around, and that was just where the bed was at, there was a walk-in closet as well. I remember there being some room tour-ish story where she walked around showing the mess and it looked huge. Could be pacific northwest since she also used to work as a ski instructor or something.

Usually when I save them like that, it's at a high res, not sure what's up with the recent ones.
I'm not gonna make fun of you in case english is not your first language but they and them have been used for single people for hundreds of years and can still be used as a singular and not a plural.
id love a higher rez/it not bein so small but i dont complain when its free lol
