You know what would be hilarious! If she was actually wearing one of those prosthetic boob chests the entire time. And she purposefully photoshopped the nipples to draw folks away from the lesser obvious photoshop job around say her neck or waist/arms.

Plastic surgeons lie to women who are concerned about scarring that the won't be as noticeable as going in from underneath the breast or through the armpit. Unfortunately, unless they're the absolute best of the best, it'll almost always end up as a botch job. Belle's surgeon was not the best of the best.
