my original account was banned because of "virus", thats the reason the site gives me. But i don't know what virus they're talking about i didn't upload any file with virus i only upload jpg pictures! and certanily i didn't receive any warning of violating any rule. I want help to recover my account from the ban if its possible

That account posted a zip file that contained malware, therefore we banned it, as per the Forum Rules.
While it might've not been you, it was probably someone else who has access to that account.
I highly recommend re-installing your OS since it's probably infected. Change all your login information (not just for SC), etc.

Hi there. I have never posted a single picture or video on here, but I just triied to login and got banned for virus. I am very confused. My pc is completely clean? I have run multiple anti virus software. What can I do to get my account back?

yes it wasn't me i don't remember uploading any zip file, actually i don't even know how to upload a zip file in this site

i'm gonna do that probably my account got hacked i had that problem with some of my accounts lately probably i have a backdoor on my pc.
but back to the point, theres no way to recover that account? should i use a new one instead? because i can't change any login information of my sc account, can't access to my account config because of the ban
